Site Manager

Function

As the right-hand man on the sites, you are the link between the office and the site. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely and correctly and support the manager in the daily follow-up of the projects. What will you do?

• You follow up on sites and make sure everything goes according to plan
• You will work approximately 50% in the office and 50% on site
• You manage workers and ensure clear communication on site
• You think along in solutions and intervene where necessary to keep the works running smoothly
• You check the progress and quality of the work carried out
• You will work closely with the business manager and be his right hand in the daily follow-up
• You ensure proper preparation and follow-up of projects
