Function

Bones on and ready to hit the yard?

• You will take on the operational coordination of a variety of construction projects in sports, education, care and welfare.
• You will organise the construction site, materials and equipment with a LEAN mentality, for a smooth workflow.
• You supervise and motivate the staff on a daily basis, both in-house staff and subcontractors to achieve strong results.
• You constantly watch over technical correctness and quality execution.
• You keep your finger on the pulse of site planning and progress reports, strictly monitoring the agreements made and quality standards.
• You analyse technical problems and immediately come up with solution-oriented actions.
• Together with your colleagues, you will ensure timely, high-quality and safe delivery.
• You switch effortlessly between different parties involved and always keep an overview.

Profile

• You always go for the best technical solution and like to deliver quality.
• You foresee problems in time - anticipating and adjusting is in your DNA.
• You give clear instructions and communicate openly and constructively with clients, colleagues and subcontractors.
• A bachelor's degree in construction or solid site experience is already in your back pocket....
• Minimum two years' experience in a similar position within non-residential construction.
• You feel like a fish out of water in different yards and love variety.
