Site Manager
Function
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction projects with a focus on East Flanders.
With your experience, you will ensure flawless execution of work and act as the point of contact for both the project team and external stakeholders.
Your duties will include:
- Planning and organising daily construction activities.
- Managing teams and ensuring progress.
- Communicating with clients, contractors and suppliers.
- Checking quality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Reporting progress to management.
In this role, you will make a significant contribution to the success of their projects.
Profile
To be successful as a Site Manager, we expect you to have:
- A relevant education, such as Construction Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar position.
- Strong leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
- A solid knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic working environment.
Candidates with hands-on mentality and organisational acumen will be preferred.
