Site Manager
Function
As a Site Manager, you play a crucial role in the successful execution and supervision of various projects.
- You will be responsible for the preparation, coordination and delivery of construction sites, with a focus on soundproofing structures. In the mornings you will visit the sites to supervise start-up and progress, while in the afternoons you will carry out administrative tasks and preparations.
- You will coordinate both internal workers and regular subcontractors, focusing on safety, planning, and materials management.
- In addition, you will act as the point of contact for clients and stakeholders and be involved in projects across Flanders, with the main focus in Flanders.
Profile
To be successful as a Site Manager you will possess:
- Already several years of relevant work experience, preferably in industrial construction or similar sectors.
- Knowledge and skills in Autocad 2D (reading and adapting plans) is a plus.
- Experience in project planning and management of workers and subcontractors.
- Good command of Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Independence and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
- Communication skills to speak to customers, contractors and employees alike.
- Technical understanding and affinity with administrative follow-up, including safety plans and orders.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
Organisation
This company specialises in noise protection solutions, mainly in the form of noise barriers for industrial and private applications. They have been around for more than 15 years and are looking for a site manager to strengthen their team.
Offer

- Gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,500 depending on experience and skills.
