Site Manager

Function

• You will be the central point of contact on site and make sure everyone knows what is expected of them.
• You follow up work and planning accurately, always keeping an eye on efficiency and safety.
• Together with the project leader, you make adjustments where necessary and keep up the pace and quality.
• The team can count on your leadership: you motivate colleagues and ensure a pleasant working atmosphere.
• Materials, deliveries and the entire logistics picture you like to take under your wing.
• Safety regulations are not a formality with you: you strictly comply with them and help colleagues to do the same.

Profile

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree.
• With a minimum of four years' experience as a site manager with a contractor, preferably responsible for large projects, you will feel right at home on site.
• You speak Dutch fluently; additional languages such as French or English are a plus.
• Managing your work independently is easy for you, but teamwork is equally important to you.
