Site Manager

Function

• You will organise and monitor the site from start to finish.
• Together with the project manager, you will draw up the daily schedule and carefully prepare the work.
• You oversee correct execution, both technically and practically.
• You manage the foreman and workers, motivating them and supporting them where necessary.
• Safety, quality and efficiency are always in sharp focus.
• You will monitor the progress of works, budget and schedule, and make adjustments when necessary.
• Together with the project manager, you will ensure smooth communication with all parties involved.
• You will liaise with colleagues, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• You actively participate in site meetings and consultation events.
• You detect risks and opportunities, think about technical solutions and coordinate with the project leader or project manager.

Profile

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in structural engineering, surveying, ...
• You are looking for your first job in construction or you have already taken your first steps in the construction industry.
• You work in a structured way and have an eye for organisation.
• You enjoy a very good knowledge of Dutch, and basic knowledge of French and English.
• Thanks to your flexibility and stress-resistance, you manage to meet deadlines.
• You are a strong communicator and a born people manager.
• You combine hands-on mentality with organisational talent, team spirit and a proactive attitude.
