Organisation
Our partner is one of the largest Belgian construction companies and specialises in the total approach to projects. Besides a Dutch branch, they have 3 branches in Belgium. The total approach goes from the initial plans to the delivery of a high-quality structure that meets their clients' requirements. They also offer possibilities for financing, maintenance and operation of the projects.
The company favours challenging construction projects that stand out because of their size, phasing, challenging site environment, limited execution time or their special way of execution. Just under 2,000 employees work every day to ensure a smooth and accurate construction process. To this end, they can rely on a number of in-house departments such as their own joinery, iron foundry, metalworks and two production facilities specialising in prefab elements.
Our partner will quickly make you feel at home in their family-run company where there is a healthy balance between young talent and experienced professionals. Like their clients, they also place great importance on a long-term relationship with every hire. Moreover, they strive to be the happiest company to work for.
