What will you do as Project Director?

As project director, you are the point of contact for the complete execution of major construction projects in the Antwerp, Brussels, Leuven and Limburg regions. You lead multidisciplinary teams and work closely with clients, subcontractors and internal departments. You monitor budget, quality, safety and deadlines - and make adjustments where necessary.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate project teams for optimal cooperation and result-oriented execution;
• Set up, follow up and monitor project planning and budgets;
• Monitor implementation, quality, safety and environmental standards;
• Actively maintain customer relations and contacts with stakeholders;
• Identify risks and bottlenecks - and provide solutions;
• Report on progress, costs and risks to senior management.

Profile

What do you bring?

• Diploma: Master's degree in engineering or similar technical field;
• Experience: Relevant experience as a project director or senior project manager in large construction projects;
• Skills: Strong in planning, risk management, team coordination and decision-making;
• Communications: You communicate fluently in Dutch and English (French is an asset);
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Flanders (mainly Antwerp, Brussels, Leuven, Limburg);
• Leadership: You are an inspiring people manager with an eye for results and people.
