Senior Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, you will oversee the entire process from designing water treatment projects to final delivery to industrial customers.

Designing technical solutions: Based on the needs analysis by your Sales colleagues, you develop the technical solutions for water treatment.

End-to-end planning and design: From design, construction, piping to automation, you will sketch and draw end-to-end solutions using AutoCAD. In collaboration with your Project Manager, you meticulously plan various aspects and select the best components for the project (including valves, pumps, tanks, piping, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic materials).

Project execution and management: During project realisation, you manage subcontractors and ensure that timelines, resources and budgets are met. Regular site visits are part of your routine and you are not averse to rolling up your sleeves.

Successful installation implementation: you will oversee the successful installation of the system, perform the necessary reconciliation and prepare all project documentation (drawings, manuals, spare parts lists, safety certificates and CE certificates).

Profile

You have a well-rounded technical background with knowledge of automation, electricity, electromechanics. You thrive on finding solutions and relish the opportunity to build new systems. The final delivery of a project gives you immense satisfaction and pride.

Proficiency in Dutch is essential, with the ability to express yourself in English and French.

Our client has specialised in designing and building water and wastewater treatment plants for more than 20 years. They have built more than 100 plants both at home and abroad, serving various sectors, including the food, metal, concrete and pharmaceutical industries.
