Site Manager

Function

As a site manager, you will be responsible for starting up and following up on sites.

• Working closely with customers and fitters to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Follow-up and site start-up. Yards are located up to 200 km around the Waasland area.
• Working out basic issues in AutoCad such as ventilation, pipe sections,...
• Directing mechanics and distributing work.
• Following up on work planning, ensuring everything goes according to schedule.

Profile

As a Site Manager, you will largely meet the following requirements:

• Good knowledge of Dutch and you can get by in French.
• Experience accumulated within metalworking.
• In possession of a technical degree.
• Knowledge of AutoCad.
• Strong communication skills.
• Results-oriented and stress-resistant.
• You think in solutions and enjoy taking responsibility.
• You have ambition to take up a managerial position.
• Hands-on mentality.
• You are flexible in working hours and do not have a 9 to 5 mentality. Construction sites can be up to 200 km around the Waasland area. This means that you are willing to get up early at site start-ups.

Located in the Waasland area, our client makes innovative installations for industry. They offer the full package from design, in-house construction workshop to automation and installation. They specialise mainly in customer-oriented solutions and systems for bulk and raw material handling, dust extraction and filter systems such as breweries, chemical industry, food,.... They have been around for more than 30 years and as a family business with 25 employees, they attach great importance to a good working atmosphere and personal development of their employees. Due to growth, they are currently looking for a site manager.
