Service Coordinator

Function

As Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organising and monitoring technical work on operational equipment. You act as a central point of contact for maintenance activities and maintain close contact with internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers and service partners.

You will monitor the progress of work, make adjustments where necessary and ensure that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently and as agreed. Thanks to your organisational skills, the equipment remains optimally deployable and the continuity of operations is guaranteed.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate, plan and follow up maintenance and repair work;
• Coordinate with external service partners and suppliers;
• Monitor quality, progress and agreements made;
• Creation, management and follow-up of work orders;
• Preparation and processing of purchase requisitions and orders;
• Review and process work reports and invoices;
• Coordinating work with operational departments;
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimisations;
• Assist with technical issues as required.

Profile

• You take initiative and think solution-oriented;
• You have strong communication skills;
• You have experience within a technical or maintenance-oriented environment;
• You are technically proficient enough to assess work and tenders;
• You have a mbo+ or hbo working and thinking level, preferably in a technical field;
• You work in a structured way and maintain an overview, even when the pressure is on;
• You feel ownership and responsibility for your work.
