Senior Project Manager

Function

As Robotics Project Manager, you are responsible for the complete management, planning and execution of a wide range of (inter)national complex projects in intralogistics applications. Your focus is mainly on robotics automation projects.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• You will act as Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for the assigned projects, both for the client, subcontractors and the internal team.
• You will assess the operational, technical and financial feasibility of the project and anticipate where necessary.
• Attend kick-off meetings, technical/yard meetings, commercial meetings and planning meetings, as well as site inspections.
• You will ensure that all engineering and preparatory activities are carried out.
• You will be responsible for site visits, setting up detailed project planning and checking all requirements for mobilisation of equipment and resources.
• Monitor project progress and quality, identify deviation and correct where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE regulations and safety.
• Management of operational staff and subcontractors regarding project execution.
• Contract management and claims management.
• Responsible for budget monitoring and daily cost management for progress reports and invoicing.
• Review and approve project-related invoices.

Profile

For this Project Management role, we are looking for a candidate who has:

• A master's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art systems and techniques.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, French and/or German.
• Willingness to travel internationally (20% of the time) to coordinate these projects.
• Communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Ability to work independently.
