Senior Investment Advisor
Function
For a bank branch with strong local roots, we are looking for an Investment Advisor who will guide customers through their financial choices in a calm, personal and professional manner.
In this role, you won't be starting from scratch. A nice client portfolio is already in place and the firm has built strong relationships with its clients over the years. Cold calling is not part of this role. You will mainly work with existing clients and warm contacts, and will be given the space to further deepen those relationships.
What we are looking for is someone who likes to take initiative. Someone who senses when a customer needs advice, picks up on signals and starts the conversation at the right time. You help customers with clear guidance on saving, investing and future planning. Always correct, personal and with an eye for the long term.
You don't have to be a tough salesman. On the contrary. Trust is key. Customers need to feel that you understand them, that you listen and give advice that suits them. At the same time, you think along commercially and see opportunities to further expand the investment portfolio in a natural and sustainable way.
What you will do:
- You will advise clients around savings, investments and financial planning.
- You proactively follow up on existing customers and build long-term relationships.
- You will pick up warm leads from the existing customer portfolio.
- You detect customer needs and translate them into appropriate advice.
- You will work closely with colleagues within the office.
- You convey advice clearly, correctly and convincingly without being pushy.
- You will contribute to the continued growth of the investment portfolio.
Profile
Who are you?
- You have experience in investments or investment advice.
- You know how to build trust with customers.
- You work proactively and commercially, but always in a respectful manner.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch, both orally and in writing.
- You derive energy from personal customer contact and long-term relationships.

Our client is a bank branch with a strong commitment to personal customer relationships, open communication and long-term advice. You will find yourself in a pleasant working environment where consultation is important and much is negotiable.
The office has plenty of light, ample parking and an existing client portfolio that you can continue to work with.
Offer
You will get a permanent contract at start-up and a salary package negotiable according to your experience.
In addition, your package includes:
