Investment Advisor

Function

For an ambitious and growing bank branch, we are looking for an Investment Relationship Manager who derives energy from client contact, investment advice and building lasting client relationships.

The firm deliberately adopts a no-nonsense approach: open communication, short lines of communication and a team that wants to move forward together. Not an environment with tough individual targets or a tough commercial culture, but a place where entrepreneurship, responsibility and cooperation are key.

Your function

You will manage and develop an existing client portfolio and continue to build long-term relationships based on trust and quality advice.

Specifically:

• You will guide clients with their investment questions and offer advice tailored to their financial goals.
• You detect commercial opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
• You proactively contact customers when you identify opportunities or additional needs.
• You will conduct advisory discussions around investments and translate complex matters into clear and understandable solutions.
• You will build lasting customer relationships and be a trusted advisor to your clients.
• You will work closely with one of the partners around larger and more complex investment files.
• You will have the space to independently take on files and responsibility within your client portfolio.
• You actively think about the further growth of the office and contribute to its commercial development.

Profile

We are preferably looking for a candidate with experience within investing, wealth advice or the banking sector.

We are also open to a strong junior with commercial feel, maturity and a keen interest in investing.

More important than the exact number of years of experience are your mindset and approach:

• You have at least a bachelor's degree or are equivalent through experience.
• You have an interest in financial markets and investments.
• You are proactive and take initiative.
• You feel comfortable in an advisory and commercial role.
• You easily build trust with customers.
• You communicate fluently and professionally.
• You like responsibility and independence.
• You will fit into a young, dynamic and direct team.
• You have a positive attitude and are solution-oriented in your thinking.
