Sales Support Administrator

Function

Your challenges

- You request sales forecasts from the customer.

- You closely monitor orders and keep customers informed of any changes.

- You prepare price lists and assortment lists.

- You will research historical sales figures, analyse them and make them transparent to the account manager.

- You will be responsible for preparing customer visits.

- You do product and price comparisons in the market.

- You will be responsible for the complete preparation of the handling of a customer complaint.

Profile

- You have a bachelor's degree and preferably a first work experience.

- You have a heart for sales and have an open and smooth communication style.

- You enjoy working proactively and systematically.

- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English. French and German are a plus!

- You are fluent with the various programmes in the MS office package (especially Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience with the ERP package Navision is an asset.
