Function

What will your duties look like in the position of right-hand manager at our client located in the Nieuwpoort region?


  • Together with your colleague, you will take care of various logistical, administrative and accounting tasks
  • You ensure correct invoicing of services and products
  • You are responsible for debtor management: following up outstanding payments and contacting customers where necessary
  • You carefully enter both sales and purchase invoices into the system
  • You prepare VAT returns, in cooperation with the accounting office
  • You will support the logistics department in day-to-day management
  • You are responsible for entering orders
  • You manage the fleet and stock
  • You will handle general administration, including telephone and mail management


In short, you are an administrative jack-of-all-trades who ensures the smooth running of accounting and logistics!

Profile
