Parts Coordinator
Function
As Parts Coordinator, you are the link between warehouse, workshop, customers and suppliers. You will ensure efficient warehouse operations and a customer-friendly reception, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities:
- Stock management
- Receiving, checking and stocking goods.
- Administrative processing of incoming and outgoing goods in the system.
- Correctly prepare parts and materials for colleagues and customers.
- Warehouse organisation & cleanliness
- You will monitor order, structure and efficiency within the warehouse.
- You ensure a neat, safe and orderly working environment.
- Reception & customer contact
- You will receive customers and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.
- You handle the distribution of parts, tools and protective materials to colleagues.
- Administrative & operational support
- You will support the warehouse manager and jump in during busy times.
- In time, you will take on additional responsibilities such as:
- follow up on work cards and assignments,
- preparation of invoicing,
- placing and following up orders,
- inventory control,
- maintain supplier contacts.
- You will also perform practical technical tasks within the workshop environment.
Profile
- You have worked in a technical or automotive environment.
- You work accurately and are administratively strong.
- You have good digital skills.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and have a basic knowledge of English and French.
- You are customer-oriented, orderly and helpful.
- You like to take responsibility and want to grow within an organisation.
- A forklift certificate is a plus or you are willing to obtain one.
