International Service Engineer

Function

As International Service Engineer you will be responsible for the start-up and support of high-tech systems at customers worldwide. You will provide both technical and application-oriented support so that customers can work optimally and efficiently with the systems.

You carry out service assignments with customers at home and abroad and also provide telephone support. In cooperation with Sales, you give demonstrations to potential customers, both on site and in a modern demo centre.

Between interventions, you will support the testing and R&D department and also work on systems of a sister company. This position combines technology, customer focus and international travel.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics, electromechanics or equivalent through experience
• Interest in network and database configuration is a plus
• Language knowledge: Dutch and English (fluent), basic French is a plus
• Willing to travel regularly and stay overnight abroad
• Good PC knowledge (Microsoft Office)
• You work independently and accurately
• Socially competent, stress-resistant and flexible
