Function

• Defining and implementing internal audit programmes
• Follow-up and monitoring of corrective actions
• Managing quality documentation in the management system
• Training employees on quality
• Point of contact for external audits and customer complaints
• Carrying out spot checks and following up on quality controls
• Deciding on non-conforming products, stopping production if necessary
• Managing and calibrating measuring equipment
• Handling non-conforming products via 8D reports and internal claims
• Monitoring and updating FMEAs, contingency and control plans
• Support in analysis of customer-specific requirements and material qualification (PSWs)
• Working with automotive core tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, etc.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years' experience in a quality function
• Experience with IATF is a strong plus
• Knowledge of Automotive core tools
• Experience as an internal auditor (ISO 19011)
• Accurate, stress-resistant and customer-oriented
• Languages: Dutch, English and German
