Quality Controller
Function
As Quality Controller In Hasselt, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of products and processes. You will work with precision, identify deviations in good time and contribute to a consistent and reliable output. In this role, you will have the opportunity to further develop your analytical skills in a professional environment.
Your duties will include:
- Carrying out quality checks on products, components or processes;
- Recording, monitoring and reporting identified non-conformities;
- To check that internal guidelines, specifications and quality standards are being adhered to;
- Contributing ideas on improvement initiatives and preventive measures;
- Working with production, the warehouse or other relevant teams to ensure quality;
- Careful documentation of results and findings.
You work in a structured manner, have an eye for detail and take responsibility for ensuring that quality checks are carried out correctly and efficiently.
Profile
For this role, we are looking for a candidate who has recently graduated and is ready to develop their career in quality control. You do not need to have extensive experience yet, but a keen desire to learn and a meticulous approach to your work are essential.
We generally expect:
- A secondary school leaving certificate, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in a relevant field;
- A strong interest in quality, accuracy and process improvement;
- Good analytical skills and a structured approach to work;
- Fluent communication in Dutch;
- Basic knowledge of computer use and administrative follow-up;
- A sense of responsibility, independence and a team-oriented approach;
- Willingness to follow procedures and consistently apply quality standards.
Experience in a production or quality control environment is an advantage, but not a requirement for this entry-level role.
