Purchasing/logistics clerk
Function
As a purchasing officer, you are the indispensable pivot in our customer's purchasing process. Thanks to your care and eye for detail, everything runs smoothly administratively.
What will you do?
- You process delivery notes of raw materials and materials smoothly and accurately in the ERP system
- You also handle the registration of purchase orders, price updates and other changes carefully
- You monitor the progress of orders and ensure that everything is delivered flawlessly and on time
- You effortlessly assist the purchasing manager when routine purchases need to be made
- You always keep both customer and supplier data up-to-date, keeping everyone up to date
And for transport, you are the expert in exceptional transport:
- You apply for permits and follow up this entire process with the appropriate authorities
- In addition, you search, check and optimise routes for special transports, ensuring that everything runs safely and efficiently
Profile
What profile is our client region Vlamertinge looking for for the open vacancy of purchasing & logistics clerk?
- You have a Bachelor degree in your field or know your way around thanks to your relevant work experience
- You've already cut your teeth in procurement or a similar role for a few years
- Technical acumen? That's alright! Transport is your area of interest
- You communicate fluently, work in a structured way and are always punctual
- With a sharp, critical eye and a sense of prices, you know how to make the right choices
- MS Office holds no secrets for you and ERP systems are not unknown to you
