Project planner

Function

• You play an important role within the tender department of this construction company and form an indispensable link in the preparation of challenging files.
• Together with the team, you determine which projects are entrusted to you and take on the substantive follow-up of these.
• You independently draw up bills of quantities and carefully check these for arithmetical and geometrical accuracy. In doing so, you promptly identify any shortcomings or material errors.
• You also ensure smooth administrative follow-up and work closely with colleagues from the tender team and procurement.
• To bring your work to a successful conclusion, you make use of 2D plans, the BIM model, the specification, and your strong planning insight.
• In this way, you contribute to an accurate and efficient preparation of every file.

Profile

• You hold a qualification in the construction sector: civil engineering, (applied) architecture, technical drawing, … or you have built up an equivalent level of knowledge through relevant work experience.
• You have prior work experience, ideally a minimum of 5 years.
• You effortlessly distinguish main and side issues and manage to meet set targets in time for project delivery.
• You have a structured and flexible working attitude, allowing you to respond easily to unexpected situations and changing needs.
• You communicate openly and clearly with colleagues in different departments and get satisfaction from working together to achieve ambitious goals within the team.
