Project leader study service

Function

As Project Manager Study Service, you are the connecting link between client, design and execution. You translate a tender or customer request into well-considered building solutions and monitor technical and financial feasibility. In concrete terms, this means:

• analysing tender dossiers and carrying out calculations and measurements
• Working out variants within Design & Build with an eye for budget, planning and quality
• directing and coordinating external and internal studies (architecture, stability, techniques, EPB, acoustics, etc.)
• Coordinating with clients, architects and engineering firms and building sustainable collaborations
• thinking along at strategic level and acting as a substantive right-hand man to the person in charge of the study department
• working from the inside with close contact with colleagues from calculation and execution

Profile

Which is non-negotiable for our client:

• master architecture or master structural engineer
• at least 8-10 years of relevant experience within execution, engineering or architectural firm
• strong mathematical skills and experience with metrics and cost analysis
• no starter profile: you have already seen several construction sites or files from A to Z

In addition, you make a difference through your soft skills:

• you communicate clearly, keeping designers, clients and internal teams on the same page
• you enjoy working together and sharing knowledge, which is essential in a multidisciplinary study team
