Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor

Function

Your tasks:

• You manage renovation and new-build projects from the final survey through to handover, with an emphasis on private renovations.
• You carry out precise technical surveys for bespoke windows, doors, and sliding windows.
• You translate surveys into accurate technical files, plans, and administrative documents.
• You design the perfect drawings in AutoCad.
• You prepare and follow up on orders with manufacturers.
• You monitor the progress, financial follow-up, and profitability of projects.
• You intervene in a timely manner when planning, execution, or budget requires adjustment.
• You manage approximately four installation teams and ensure clear alignment between the client, planning, warehouse, and execution.
• You think constructively and solution-orientedly when faced with complex situations, and translate practical solutions into clear instructions for clients and installation teams.

Profile

Who are you:

• You preferably have 2 to 3 years of experience as a surveyor, site manager, project manager, or project coordinator within the finishing sector.
• You have a strong technical background.
• Knowledge of AutoCad is important.
• Technical surveys, the administrative processing of files, and reading or drawing up plans are familiar activities for you.
• You communicate clearly with private clients, manufacturers, and installation teams.
• A commercial mindset helps you to explain technical choices in an accessible way and to build trust.
• Assertiveness, reliability, and a calm, consistent approach are essential to upholding agreements.
• You can lead various teams in a natural way and are willing to start early alongside them.
• You work in a solution-oriented manner and organise your schedule independently.
• You are willing to align your working day with the planning and the start-up of projects.
