Electricity & Automation project manager
Function
As an Electrical & Automation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the complete follow-up of automation and electrical projects.
You will combine technical expertise with operational coordination and customer contact.
Specifically, you will:
- Manages projects from order receipt to delivery
- Conducting site visits, taking measurements and leading technical discussions with customers in the preparation phase
- Sizing appropriate components and cables, preparing technical sheets and coordinating material choices with customers
- Monitoring progress during the implementation phase and ensuring that everything goes according to plan, budget and quality
- Be regularly present on construction sites (about 50% of your time), supporting a site manager on larger projects
- Working internally with the team of sign builders, technicians and administration to smoothly complete each project
In short, you are the technical-commercial lynchpin between the customer, the internal team and the execution on site.
Profile
To start work as an Electrical & Automation Project Manager, they are looking for an engineer with a passion for project management and an eye for detail.
You possess:
- A master's degree in a technical field (preferably electrical engineering)
- Experience with project follow-up in a technical environment (experience within electrical, sign building or industrial automation is a plus)
- Good technical understanding and the ability to devise solutions for complex installations
- A structured and proactive approach
- Good communication skills and sense of responsibility
You will receive guidance from experienced colleagues at start-up, but are expected to be able to pull projects independently quickly.
