Asphalt project manager
Function
How do you keep multiple asphalt sites on track simultaneously?
- Manage multiple asphalt sites in Limburg and Flemish Brabant from preparation to completion, with Neder-over-Heembeek as the primary base of operations.

- Support site management during execution and provide direction when technical or organisational challenges call for swift decisions.
- Develop execution plans and working methods that make the asphalt works practically feasible, safe and profitable.
- Continuously align with planning, procurement, logistics, clients, subcontractors and suppliers. You ensure that information does not get stuck, but reaches the right place.
- Monitor progress and results closely and report clearly to the department head, including points of attention and adjustments.
- Take on a connecting role as project manager between the office and the site, ensuring that technical expertise and operational execution reinforce one another.
