Project Manager

Function

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

• You will be responsible for the project as soon as the sale has been finalised;
• You will be responsible for taking measurements on site and assessing the installation options and finishes based on the practical circumstances on site;
• You will also arrange meetings with clients and architects to ensure the project runs smoothly;
• You will be responsible for various external joinery projects, from preparation through to handover and after-sales service;
• You will work very closely with the various departments: sales, production, installation, etc.; ;
• You can provide the necessary instructions for on-site assembly.

Profile

As a Project Manager, you must meet the following requirements:

• You already have initial work experience as a site manager or project manager within the construction industry.
• Ideally, you will have completed a higher technical qualification or already have experience in aluminium structures, windows and doors, exterior joinery and/or cladding projects.
• You have great technical and analytical skills.
• You are dynamic and able to switch quickly between different projects.
• You are communicative/commercially strong and work efficiently.
• You speak very good Dutch.
• You are in possession of a driving licence B.
• At the very least, you have notions of Autocad.
• You are customer-focused, have good communication skills and place a high priority on efficiency.

Organisation

Our client is an SME with over 40 years’ experience in the manufacture and installation of high-quality aluminium windows and doors. With a team currently comprising around 50 employees, they carry out projects throughout Flanders, with a focus on East Flanders, Antwerp and Flemish Brabant. They are also currently actively involved in the construction of a completely new production site in Beveren. To support this further growth, they are currently looking for a Project Manager.
