Project Manager

Function

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the full coordination of new installation projects. You oversee planning, quality, safety and the budget.

• You coordinate projects from preparation to completion and organise the day-to-day activities on the sites. In doing so, you align with technicians, subcontractors, clients and internal departments.
• You draw up project schedules, monitor progress closely and intervene promptly in the event of delays or changes.
• You monitor safety and quality on the sites and ensure that all regulations are correctly followed.
• You are the central point of contact for all parties involved, participate in site meetings and communicate clearly about the project status and any adjustments.
• You are responsible for financial follow-up, including budget management, purchase orders, supplier invoices and the handling of additional costs and claims.
• You manage the project administration and ensure correct delivery and handover to the client.

Profile

For this role, we are looking for a technically skilled and organisationally strong project manager.

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or an equivalent technical background through experience.
• You have at least five years of experience in project management, site supervision or a comparable coordinating role, preferably within construction, industrial engineering or the lift sector.
• You have knowledge of electromechanics and project management and can independently tackle technical and organisational challenges.
• You are proficient in MS Office and planning tools and communicate professionally in Dutch. You can also get by in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
• You are highly organised, analytical and customer-focused, with a solution-oriented mindset.
• You hold a valid category B driving licence for travel to the various project sites.
