Project Manager

Function

As Project Manager at our client in Noord-Limburg (Belgium), you play a crucial role in coordinating and realising various construction projects. These include industrial construction works, ranging from small facade renovations to large halls, and turnkey projects with budgets of up to four million euros. You work in a B2B context with clients such as Colruyt, Aldi and Basic Fit. In addition, you ensure efficient planning, guide the team and safeguard the quality and budgetary frameworks of the work. The region in which you are active stretches from Antwerp and Brussels to Flemish Brabant and Germany. You operate within an organisation divided between blue-collar and white-collar workers, with an annual turnover of 10 million euros.

Profile

For this role as Project Manager, our client is looking for:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a master’s degree would certainly be welcome.
• Experience in the construction sector, with a focus on industrial projects; a background in residential construction is also acceptable.
• Relevant work experience, as mentoring school leavers is not currently feasible within the company.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• A proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials, and experience with project management tools.
• Willingness to work at the office in Hamont every day to ensure optimal collaboration.
