Project Manager

Function

As a Project Manager at the company in North Limburg (Belgium), you will play a crucial role in coordinating and delivering various construction projects. These projects involve industrial construction works, ranging from small façade renovations to large industrial halls, and turnkey projects with budgets of up to four million euros. You will work in a B2B context with clients such as Colruyt, Aldi and Basic Fit. In addition, you will ensure efficient planning, supervise the team and guarantee the quality and budgetary parameters of the work. The region in which you will be working stretches from Antwerp and Brussels to Flemish Brabant and Germany. You will be working in an organisation comprising both blue-collar and white-collar staff, with an annual turnover of 10 million euros.

Profile

For this role as Project Manager, our client is looking for:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a master’s degree would certainly be welcome.
• Experience in the construction sector, with a focus on industrial projects; a background in residential construction is also acceptable.
• Relevant work experience, as mentoring school leavers is not currently feasible within the company.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• A proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials, and experience with project management tools.
• Willingness to work at the office in Hamont every day to ensure optimal collaboration.
