• You are ultimately responsible for the entire construction project: from design to completion in sports, education, care and welfare buildings.
• You keep a firm grip on budget, planning, quality and customer satisfaction and have the courage to make adjustments where necessary.
• You will be the point of contact for both customer and technical management, and will go out of your way to honour agreements.
• You think creatively from the customer's requirements and offer technical and price-conscious solutions within the highest quality standards.
• Suppliers you get to choose yourself, actively building your own network.
• You translate specifications and building regulations into efficient practice in a LEAN environment.
• Customisation is the norm: every project is unique, no routine assignments.
• You interact smoothly with a multidisciplinary team of experienced colleagues.

Profile

• You are a born leader and know how to motivate and coach teams.
• Communication and team spirit are just as important to you as technical skills.
• You work hands-on, accurately and go to extremes for a good result.
• You have a master's degree (industrial/civil engineering) or equivalent experience.
• You bring at least five years' experience as a project manager in non-residential construction.
• Solution-oriented thinking is your second nature and you guard the overview, even on complex projects.
• You know your way around legislation, specifications and innovative construction methods.
• You interact easily with colleagues, partners and customers.
