Project Manager

Function

As Project Manager, you are ultimately responsible for complete project management at site level: from preparation to completion.

In the start-up phase:

• Advising clients on scope, timing and budget
• Development of an efficient and well-thought-out project plan

During implementation:

• Coordinating internal teams and subcontractors
• Planning, organising and monitoring all project activities
• Motivating and coaching employees
• Monitoring budget and returns

In touch with the customer:

• Maintain close communication with stakeholders
• Ensuring transparency and correct delivery

Technical and operational:

• Follow-up of site activities (planning, quality, safety)
• Organising site meetings
• Reporting progress, deviations and additional work
• Completion including files and inspections

Quality & safety:

• Ensuring compliance with all quality, environmental and safety standards

Profile

• Technical training (industrial engineer, electromechanics or equivalent)
• Relevant experience in project management within energy or construction projects
• Strong communication skills and leadership
• Combination of technical insight, organisational talent and financial awareness
• Result-oriented and stress-resistant
