Project Manager
Function
As Project Manager, you play a crucial role in the planning, execution and delivery of our projects.
Your tasks are varied and challenging. You will ensure complete coordination of the construction project from start to finish:
- Prepare detailed site plans.
- Manage purchasing files by working closely with the purchasing department and internal planning manager.
- Implement and ensure effective safety measures and quality standards.
- Monitor budgets, manage costs and prepare receivables for clients.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Close projects efficiently by preparing final accounts and compiling the As-Built file.
Profile
As a Project Manager, you possess the following qualities:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of programmes such as KPD, Autocad or MS Project is a plus.
- Working independently and communicating effectively with various parties.
- Structured, organised and an affinity with numbers for monthly financial forecasts.
- Technical acumen to maintain overview of planning.
- Proactive in finding solutions to unexpected challenges.
- Strong drive to get results and achieve goals.
- Managing tight deadlines and changing priorities are no problem for you.
