Project manager Limburg
Function
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring your project.
For this position, we are looking for a Project Manager with experience in the Limburg region.
In this position, you will report directly to the Project Director.
Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating your project from A to Z;
- Preparation of the Quality Environmental Plan, in collaboration with the Quality Manager and Environmental Advisor;
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations;
- Monitor planning, budget and execution deadlines;
- Follow up on all necessary documentation and report to management on project status;
- Maintain and coordinate contacts with customers, study agencies, suppliers, subcontractors and government departments.
Profile
For this Project Manager role in the Limburg region, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Civil or industrial construction engineer, or equivalent through experience;
- At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry;
- Experience with large-scale and technically challenging projects, preferably within Class 8 environment;
- Strong strategic and business-oriented mindset;
- Able to build and maintain high-level commercial relationships;
- Communicatively strong, with persuasiveness and good negotiation skills;
- People manager who is solution-oriented and pragmatic;
- Very good knowledge of Dutch is essential;
- Possess a valid driving licence B.
