In the role of Project Manager HVAC, you will be responsible for the complete A-Z coordination of HVAC projects. You will combine your technical knowledge with organisational and financial insight to successfully complete each project. Your duties include:

• You monitor the budget, manage costs and ensure correct invoicing and returns.
• You will monitor the technical process and ensure quality execution and safety on site.
• You will manage study and execution teams and organise work according to client needs.
• You are the point of contact for customers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal colleagues.
• You will supervise projects from concept to completion and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Profile

For this position, we are looking for a motivated professional with the following profile:

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in electromechanics or equivalent through experience.
• You have at least 5 years' experience as a project manager, preferably within the HVAC sector or technical installations.
• You know how to motivate people and lead teams.
• You are structured, communicative and fluent in planning and organisation.
• You have a strong focus on quality and customer orientation.
• You have a sufficient command of French to communicate fluently.
• You are flexible and enjoy working hybrid (on site, from the office and at home).
