HVAC project leader

Function

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for HVAC and would you like to contribute to challenging projects in Flanders and Brussels?

• As an HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of your sites, from start to finish.
• You will draw up the schedule, monitor quality, ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, and ensure that projects are delivered correctly within the set deadlines and budgets.
• This also involves managing and supervising site managers and external parties, ordering materials, reporting on progress to the project manager, and devising practical solutions to any problems that may arise on site.
• Regular consultation and clear communication ensure that your team performs to the best of its ability.

Profile

We are looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanics, preferably with a specialisation in air conditioning, or equivalent through work experience.
• Extensive and proven knowledge of HVAC systems, such as ventilation, cooling and air conditioning.
• Knowledge of MS Office 365; AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch, and you must be able to make yourself understood in French (for communication with French-speaking workers).
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• The ability to make quick decisions and think in a problem-solving way.
• In possession of a VCA-VOL certificate or willing to obtain one.
• Team spirit, where you inspire and motivate your colleagues.

Organisation

Our client is a specialist HVAC partner offering comprehensive solutions for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and cooling in the commercial sector. They support clients from the planning and design stages right through to installation, maintenance and servicing, with a focus on quality, reliability and energy efficiency. To expand their installation team, they are currently looking for an HVAC Project Manager.
