HVAC project manager

Function

As a Project Manager HVAC, you will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of technical projects with a focus on HVAC installations within pharmaceutical environments. Below is a sample of your duties:

• You will work with contractors, customers and internal teams to develop innovative concepts that are future-proof.
• Responsible for translating concepts into principle diagrams to detailed guidance and coordination of 3D models.
• Ensure flawless execution of projects.
• Involved in the validation processes and responsible for monitoring the technical compliance of the projects.
• You will work on high-level projects within the pharma, cleanroom and research industries.

Profile

To be successful in this role, you will meet the following requirements:

• A degree as a Civil Engineer, Civil Engineer-Architect or Industrial Engineer.
• Previous experience within HVAC or a related industry.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility, eagerness to learn and strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Revit and Navisworks is a plus.
• Perfect command of both Dutch and English.

To expand their 39-member team in Belgium, they are currently looking for a project manager.
