HVAC project leader

Function

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of HVAC and sanitary projects. You will monitor planning, budget, quality and safety and manage both people and processes.

In the start-up phase:

• You analyse the customer demand and help focus the project content
• You lay a solid foundation for efficient and controlled execution

During implementation:

• You plan, organise and direct all project activities
• You assemble project teams and coordinate internal employees and subcontractors
• You coach and motivate your team with an eye for development and cooperation
• You monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective project implementation

Towards customer & stakeholders:

• You maintain structural consultation with customers and stakeholders
• You ensure transparent communication and correct delivery

Project management:

• You manage contracts and administrative follow-up
• You prepare requisition statements and follow up on orders and invoicing
• You translate the site planning into work schedules and optimise where necessary
• You report on progress and identify additional work

Quality & safety:

• You ensure compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards
• You monitor implementation in accordance with legislation and internal procedures

Profile

• Technical training (or equivalent through experience)
• Relevant experience in project management within technical installations
• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing; integration with other techniques is a plus
• Strong communication skills and natural leadership
• Financial acumen and quality mindset
• Stress-resistant, solution-oriented and results-driven
