Function

Preparation & start-up

• Advising clients on project approach, scope, planning and budget
• Drawing up a structured plan of action
• Assembling and organising project teams (internal and external)

Project implementation

• Managing and coaching recruitment teams and partners involved
• Monitoring planning, budget, quality and safety
• Proactively identifying and resolving risks and bottlenecks
• Technical point of contact for building owners, designers and engineering offices

Coordination & cooperation

• Facilitating consultations between all stakeholders
• Coordinate with engineering, estimating and other support services

Financial management

• Monitoring and adjusting project budgets
• Managing contracts and statements of claims
• Identification and follow-up of additional work
• Post-calculation and feedback to internal teams

Quality & optimisation

• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes
• Ensuring clear and timely communication

Profile

• Education in Industrial Science, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent through experience
• Strong technical and organisational insight
• Experience in leading large-scale engineering projects
• Communicatively strong, customer-oriented and decisive
• Coaching leadership style and hands-on mentality
• Flexible and stress-resistant
