HVAC project leader

Function

As an HVAC Project Manager at you will play a key role in supervising and realising challenging HVAC projects. You coordinate and monitor all aspects of project implementation, from the design phase to delivery. You motivate and manage the project team and maintain proactive contact with customers, suppliers and subcontractors. You also bear responsibility for monitoring the quality, budget and planning of your projects. An important aspect of this position is the efficient and strategic management of resources to achieve set goals.

Profile

• Experience in a similar role within HVAC projects is a plus.
• A completed technical education, preferably towards HVAC, electromechanics or a similar discipline.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to tackle both operational and strategic challenges.
• Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards within HVAC.
• A proactive work attitude, attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
