Function

Would you love to be involved in every project, from the initial measurements right through to the final screw? If so, your day would look something like this:

• As a project manager, you are the key link between the client, the architect, the contractor and your colleagues.
• You’ll take the measurements on site, listen to what everyone expects, and tailor the project accordingly.
• You will oversee the entire project, whether it involves new-build or renovation, and are fully committed to quality.
• Whenever a technical problem arises, you step in where needed – your expertise is worth its weight in gold.
• You look beyond standard solutions and work with the client to find what actually works.
• You’ll keep an eye on the schedule, ensure the right materials are available on time, and always deliver reliably.
• Customers are counting on you to turn their expectations into achievable projects.
• You enjoy variety: meetings, dealing with customers and supporting the installation team all fit in with your schedule.

Profile

Are you known as a calm listener who, at the same time, keeps a firm grip on the reins?

• You have at least 5 years’ experience in exterior joinery and are familiar with the ins and outs of the trade, either as a project manager or through hands-on experience.
• Do you have experience with AutoCAD or ReynaPro? That would be a bonus, but it’s not essential.
• You explain technical matters clearly to people with no prior knowledge – simply and efficiently.
• You believe it is important to communicate clearly and empathetically, even when things aren’t going well.
• The early bird in you likes to get going in the morning with your colleagues at around 7 am.
• Flexibility and common sense are your hallmarks.
• Loyalty, commitment and the ability to give and take come naturally to you.
• The team looks to you to bring structure and calm, and you’re keen to be a committed team player.
