Project Manager

Function

As Project Manager You are the key figure who keeps projects on track from start to finish. You combine technical expertise with organisational skills and ensure that work on site runs smoothly, efficiently and in accordance with the agreed plans.

You will take charge of several projects and act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, subcontractors and our own teams. In doing so, you will monitor not only the schedule and quality, but also the financial outcome of each project.

Your duties will include:

• the launch, preparation and organisation of project implementation;
• day-to-day monitoring and coordination with customers, suppliers and subcontractors;
• developing practical and well-thought-out solutions for the client;
• coaching, managing and supporting our own teams and subcontractors;
• monitoring the project’s budget, performance and progress;
• close consultation with internal project support and other construction partners;
• carrying out the administrative follow-up associated with the progress of the project.

You maintain a visible presence on site, think ahead and keep track of everything, even when several parties are relying on you at the same time. Thanks to your communicative approach, decisiveness and flexibility, you help ensure the project is carried out correctly and build lasting relationships with all those involved.

Profile

For this role, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a solid technical background and at least 5 to 10 years’ relevant experience. You will feel at home in an environment where responsibility, independence and teamwork go hand in hand.

You recognise yourself in the following profile:

• you have a thorough technical background, gained through education and/or work experience;
• you have proven experience in project monitoring and site coordination;
• you communicate fluently and professionally with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and colleagues;
• you enjoy taking the lead and know how to manage people in a way that motivates them;
• you are a true team player who, at the same time, is not afraid to make decisions independently;
• you are flexible and can switch easily between planning, site work and administration;
• you are not daunted by administrative follow-up and work in a structured manner;
• you hold a Category B driving licence;
• you are comfortable using computers and common software applications;
• You take a solution-focused approach and also keep a close eye on the financial side of things.
