Project Manager

Function

As Project Manager You will be responsible for ensuring that our projects run smoothly from start to finish. You will coordinate the implementation, monitor the schedule, quality and budget, and ensure that every project is completed professionally and efficiently.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in the quantity surveying department and the technical draughtsman, and you will manage the internal teams directly via the foremen. You will be the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, fitters and subcontractors, and you will maintain an overview throughout the entire process.

Your duties will include:

• managing projects from preparation through to handover;
• co-ordinating planning, implementation and technical details;
• maintaining clear communication with customers and suppliers;
• managing and supporting internal teams on site;
• resolving practical questions and issues during implementation;
• monitoring quality, safety, budget and timing;
• carry out regular site visits to monitor progress.

You’ll be working in an environment where a comprehensive service and taking care of everything for the client are key priorities, with projects in central heating, plumbing, ventilation and cooling. Profile

For this role, we are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with 3 to 5 years’ experience and a strong technical aptitude. You feel at home in a role where you coordinate, communicate and make adjustments where necessary, and you have no trouble keeping track of things in a dynamic working environment.

Your profile:

• you hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical subject or have equivalent experience;
• you have some initial relevant experience in project management or a similar role;
• Experience in HVAC-S is a definite asset;
• you communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues and suppliers;
• you have strong organisational skills and are able to set priorities;
• you keep a close eye on the site and are not afraid to make decisions;
• you work meticulously, paying close attention to planning, budget and quality;
• You must hold a valid Category B driving licence.

You are also someone who takes responsibility, adopts a solution-oriented approach and works well with the various parties involved. You combine technical knowledge with a practical approach, and you draw energy from delivering projects that are sound from both a technical and organisational perspective.
