Project Manager

Function

As a Project Manager at an established company, you will play a key role in coordinating and carrying out comprehensive renovations of houses and flats. You will take charge of a wide range of projects, managing and overseeing the entire process from start to finish. In this role, you will work closely with both clients and colleagues to ensure that quality standards and expectations are consistently exceeded. Trust, collaboration and a high standard of workmanship are at the heart of your approach.

• Planning, coordinating and monitoring renovation projects
• Managing and supervising operational teams and subcontractors
• Monitoring project budgets, quality and deadlines
• Act as the point of contact for customers and guide them through the entire renovation process
• Analysing and resolving problems during the renovation phase
• Ensuring that projects are carried out safely and efficiently

Profile

For this challenging role, we are looking for a professional with strong organisational and technical skills. And do you meet the following requirements:

• A relevant degree in civil engineering, architecture or applied engineering
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within high-end renovation projects
• A keen eye for detail and quality
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Good communication skills to work effectively with both internal teams and clients
• Knowledge of building materials, techniques and regulations
• Flexibility and a willingness to coordinate projects in the Bruges region and along the coast

• A competitive salary based on your experience and role, ranging from €4,500.00 to €6,000.00
