Project Manager
Function
As Project Manager, you will be the customer's point of contact on site during project execution.
Below is a sample of your duties:
- Direct contact with clients' site or project managers and ensures on-site measurement.
- Responsible for the successful completion of your projects.
- Planning and organising daily activities in your yards.
- You take into account the set deadlines and necessary resources.
- Monitor the quality and progress of works carried out and make adjustments where necessary.
- Motivate assembly teams during operations.
Profile
As a Project Manager, you will largely meet the following requirements:
- In possession of a technical bachelor's degree or you are equivalent through experience.
- Already a first relevant experience in a position as a project engineer, site manager or project leader in the construction industry.
- Interest in the sector is a must. Concrete experience in the sector is a nice to have.
- You are customer-friendly, enthusiastic and motivated.
- Proactive attitude and a structured approach characterise you.
- Strong communication skills.
- Eager to learn and a flexible attitude.
- You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy taking initiative.
- High sense of responsibility and integrity towards colleagues, employees and customers.
- Good knowledge of Dutch, knowledge of French is a plus.
- In possession of a driving licence B.
- You like a combined job between being present on site and office work.
Organisation
Our client is a financially sound and stable company that is continuing to grow. They are active in the design, production and installation of high-quality gates and doors. They currently employ around 100 of their own staff. To continue supporting their growth, they are currently looking for a project manager to join the team.
