Connection management project coordinator
Function
As Project Coordinator Connection Management, you are responsible for the preparation, coordination and follow-up of connection works for drinking water and sewerage within your region. You act as a technical point of contact and ensure that projects are carried out efficiently, safely and qualitatively.
Your tasks:
Preparation and planning
- You analyse customer demand in function of the existing infrastructure
- You advise clients, building promoters and architects on the best technical solutions
- You consult with customers and local authorities as necessary
- You draw up technical and administrative implementation plans, including safety procedures
- You act as a point of contact for customers during the site phase
- You support administrative colleagues with your technical expertise
Follow-up of the works
- You monitor the quality and correct execution of the works
- You support contractors and solve problems during execution
- You actively monitor construction sites and repair work, including site visits
- You evaluate the progress and performance of the works carried out
Reporting and cooperation
- You will report to the manager and coordinate with colleagues
- You identify bottlenecks in time and contribute to improvements
- You contribute to efficient cooperation within the team
Profile
- Bachelor's or graduate degree (preferably technical) or equivalent through experience
- Start-ups with a construction engineering degree are definitely eligible
- Or relevant experience in site coordination / project follow-up in a technical environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office, experience with ERP is a plus
- Driving licence B and willingness to travel within the Bruges-Ghent region
