Operations & Maintenance Officer

Function

You act as a central point of contact for service requests and breakdowns and ensure efficient planning of interventions. You coordinate daily with technicians, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of work. You also ensure correct administrative follow-up, including work orders, reports and preparation of invoicing.

You contribute to the preparation of technical inspections, commissioning and commissioning of installations. You also monitor maintenance contracts and ensure proactive communication with customers.

Profile

• Bachelor level of thinking or equivalent through experience
• Technical understanding and interest in installations (energy/electricity is a plus)
• Strong in planning and organisation
• Accurate and administratively strong
• Customer-oriented and communicative
• Digital mindset (MS Office, ERP is a plus)
• Driving Licence B
