Project Architect

Function

As a Project Architect at our company, based in North Limburg, Belgium, you will play a central role in the design, planning and execution of various architectural projects. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of professionals to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that meet our clients' expectations. Your responsibilities include developing conceptual designs, elaborating detailed plans, and coordinating the construction phase. You will also be responsible for regulatory compliance and work to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Profile

To be successful in this position, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture.
• Work experience in a similar role; starters welcome.
• Knowledge of design software Archicad.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients and teams.
• Eye for detail and creativity in designs.
• Command of the Dutch language, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
