Production Engineer

Function

Profile

To be successful in this role, a combination of technical expertise, experience and soft skills is essential. Our ideal candidate possesses:

• A degree in a technical field, such as industrial engineer or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5-10 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with process optimisation and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• A proactive and results-oriented working attitude.
• Affinity with sustainability and environmentally conscious technologies.
• Knowledge of CAD software and other technical tools is a plus.
