Production Engineer
Function
As a Production Engineer, you will join an inspiring environment where creativity and innovation go hand in hand. Since 1960, we have strived to produce heating elements that have minimal impact on the climate. Your role will consist of optimising production processes, analysing bottlenecks and implementing improvements to ensure efficient operation. You will work closely with fellow engineers and production staff to solve technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions that meet the expectations of our customers worldwide. Profile
To be successful in this role, a combination of technical expertise, experience and soft skills is essential. Our ideal candidate possesses:
- A degree in a technical field, such as industrial engineer or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 5-10 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with process optimisation and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A proactive and results-oriented working attitude.
- Affinity with sustainability and environmentally conscious technologies.
- Knowledge of CAD software and other technical tools is a plus.
