Production & Capex engineer

Function

• Analysing and improving production flows and working methods
• Designing and executing layout changes and machine implementations
• Lead machine replacements, capacity expansions and workplace reorganisations
• Improving ergonomics, safety and efficiency in the production environment
• Preparation and management of plant layouts and technical floor plans
• Initiating and supervising projects that eliminate bottlenecks, increase quality and ensure process stability

Profile

• A master's degree in (electro)mechanics, industrial engineer or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a project or production environment
• You know how to translate technical plans into practical solutions for production staff
• You have a visible presence on the shop floor to create support and land projects successfully
• Strong analytical, solution-oriented and proactive attitude
• You communicate clearly and ensure that all stakeholders are always informed
• You like to get to work, switch quickly and bring projects to a successful conclusion
